ICF is delighted to continue our support of KOTO during these difficult times. KOTO is a wonderful initiative training children in a working restaurant to begin their careers in hospitality. The children are often from the street and homeless, KOTO takes them in and looks after them along with providing them with vocational training.
Unfortunately the restaurant was forced to close because of Covid restrictions. However they now have a beautiful new location, in an upmarket residential area and a new business model focused on residents and expats rather than purely tourists. We helped to fund their new professional working kitchen and we wish them all the luck in the world with their new venture.
The restaurant officially opened last week and the team is extremely happy with their new venue. Below are photos of the new kitchen, photos of opening party to follow!
